that they have been able to gerrymander themselves into a house majority is no long term plan. More people voted blue in the house. They need to understand this.

The left managed to gerrymander majorities for some time, creating super-majorities that over-stated popular reality ... and it eventually fell apart.

So too will this GOP effort, they are running around in a flooding basement trying to patch cracks.

It will fail.

There is a place out there of lower corporate rates, equality of income (no dividend free lunch) that is consistent with both left and right of center values.

Make it so.

A factoid often overlooked

""In the House, Democratic candidates garnered more votes than Republicans nationally. Strictly because of the gerrymandered districts Republicans are able to draw in states, the GOP controls the House of Representatives.""

So, Dems won the senate, won the house by popular vote, and won the west wing.

The GOP needs to stop digging, and set down the shovel.
