i only have vague memories.

amongst these memories, i thought a company could use them under certain circumstances. eg operating in substantially the same business. but i'm well out of date and may be thinking about the wrong country.

it was a perverse thought that maybe wave's business is valueless and only ss's record of losing money has a value.

tax loss carryovers, the exclusions, inclusions, restrictions etc are well beyond my pay grade.

I thought the code had pretty much been adjusted to eliminate the value of loss harvesting for tax purposes.
