The issues are established, Wave won a $1.7m+ deal from the gov to resolve these issues, payment on delivery for resolved matters, and they managed to get paid for about half of it ... which means the other half they couldn't resolve. It is all roled up into "WEM pilots" but it is the same bloody thing ... legacy bios issues.
So SKS should/must have known about this SED BIOS issue. Why would he not say "SED's are primed to go, the market is waiting for them, however there is an external BIOS issue not in Wave's control which needs to be remedied first. We expect that to be fully resolved within the next 3-6 months."? You would think he'd use every excuse he can, especially maybe even the valid ones. He seems to haven't had a problem doing exactly that thus far.
