I read the part about folding not affecting that machine like the other, got it, but what else contributed to you going back to XP Pro 32-bit? This from a guy, me, who's not yet heard a reason to move off XP 32-bit.

Yes, 8057 and all of the Core_15 series except the Barf 'y 762X's will for now run on 2.22. And run considerably faster. This was the reason for all the "downgrading" to 2.22 we did a week or two back. How much faster? Same WU as you, Micro, ppd as given by FahSpy: 91,243 based on 2:35 frame times, to answer your query.
