hi doma,
being a dualist, i think science can only approximate the truth to some level of accuracy. but there will always be at least two opposing forces that make every individual principle slightly deficient - even if only measured as the width of a human hair against the breadth of the united states of america
what science is good at is ruling things out. if things fail the tests people devise, they become history immediately.
luckily for me and my dualism, the fact that the unified theory hasn't yet been devised means my idea is still in play!! indeed, the fact they haven't got one makes something other than unity the current state of science.
by all means keep explaining your views. maybe the universe is electric. i haven't the knowledge to argue the case very well.
and even when hypotheses turn out to be wrong, they can create an interesting lens through which to view the world.
