RESPONSE OF THE COMMISSION INVESTIGATIVE STAFF TO INTERDIGITAL’S
MOTION FOR LEAVE TO SUPPLEMENT CERTAIN EXPERT REPORTS
The Commission Investigative Staff (“Staff”) respectfully submits this response to
Complainants InterDigital Communications, LLC, InterDigital Technology Corp., and IPR
Licensing, Inc.’s (collectively, “InterDigital”) motion for leave to supplement certain expert
reports on the issue of infringement. Motion Docket No. 800-174 (“Motion”). The Staff
supports InterDigital’s Motion. The Staff further supports the Respondents’ request to extend
time to November 30, 2012 for the Respondents to submit consolidated rebuttal expert reports on
noninfringement.
