Step 6: Tell union workers to bend over and submit to some serious additional rogering, or else the company will be liquidated, and the workers will all lose their jobs.

Step 8: Pay yourself many millions in bonuses and salaries.
Step 9: Fail to turn around such business through innovation, good management, etc.
