Democratic Rep. Ron Barber has prevailed over Republican Martha McSally for a full term replacing Gabrielle Giffords in Arizona's 2nd District, the Associated Press reported.
Barber was the handpicked successor of Giffords, who was wounded in a Tucson mass shooting in Jan. 2011.
