ArVee - my GPUs are both an ASUS ENGTS250 Series - I'm not as updated as you guys are. I'm presuming probably not high-powered enough for those new high-point units you guys are running away with?

But I'm VERY glad you guys are getting them - even it it does zoom Vgolf out of sight.

GO, TEAM, GOOOOO!

Sun :-)

Hi Sun --

There are two pieces of software each for cpu's and gpu's, the client software that runs the whole show, and the cores, the ones that do the actual work.

You're referencing the client software and on the gpu side you should probably upgrade. There's an all-inclusive way to do it that will take care of your cpu side at the same time while offering an attractive graphical interface and easy installation. I just happen to hate it, probably because and only because I'm so used to the old version 6 series and know it so well. The version 7 software is out of beta and has received good reviews, BAP is using it, I believe I'm the only one not in love with it, so I would recommend you kill two birds with one stone and go to the Stanford site and get it and try it.

If you don't happen to like it, and you probably will like it, then upgrade your gpu client side to 6.41r2, it's also available for download.

I'll do the cores, which is the software side that VGolf and I have been batting around, in a separate post.
