hi tkc,

let's see what happens. the missive is in the ether. maybe awk has changed his mind after the debacle of q3. he may be late, but i suspect he was misled somewhere around the vote and he may have a sense of wrath towards his contacts, finally. but who knows.

he sure lost a bunch of goodwill over his intransigence. perhaps he regrets it. in his shoes, i might want to find a way to wipe the egg from the face. would help mend fences with half of wavedom as well.

changing the board last year would have been great timing.

Hi CF, sure but there's 100M+ shrs outstanding. The cadre's % of total holdings has shrunk and they continue to lose their hold as more and more posters feel fleeced. I think a good candidate w/ a nice resume could very well win a seat if they got by the nominating committee. What's to lose? A couple of the old geezers will not be re-elected, should the choose to run. It's worth a shot assuming we could find the candidate and nominate in time.
