An emerging Republican response and excuse for not abiding by the people's will in the just past election is that Barack Obama is the first president in history to be re-elected with a smaller margin of victory in his second election than he had in his first! God only knows how he got re-elected at all with all that the Republicans and their super pacs threw at him!
