Cactus Flower,

Until republicans acknowledge facts & science, they are TOAST.....

Just listened to an interview with Maine's new Independent senator, Angus King.

The only republicans to reach out to him, so far, Snowe & Collins, Not McConnell.
Dumb, politically tone deaf....

hi clo,

thanks. i think that punditry sits properly atop the numbers. perhaps next time the talking heads on television will understand that.

and in particular, people should no longer listen to the folks like rove who pretend there are other numbers out there. i watched fox just before the result was announced and i really felt sorry for the audience as he was telling them all the way to the end (and beyond it) that his analysis showed romney with a decent chance to win. even after it was obvious it wasn't true.

facts matter. and the republican abandonment of them in favour of fantasy and bias caught up with them in the end. time for a new party based on ideas that sit atop facts.
