WA will pass gay marriage, the first state in the union (unless somebody east of them beats them to the punch. The scoreboard is currently 0 fer 32. This issue is on the ballot in 3 other states as I recall as well (MD and ME to allow, MN to ban).
WA will pass recreational pot use. That, too, will be a first. CO and OR measures on this will fail.
CA will again lead on consumer affairs and require GMO food labeling, the country will follow as they always do over the next few years.
