Generally, as Gov Romney implies, God observes state boundaries. God does not do silly things like unleash hurricanes that ignore boundaries. Hence, I, IN agreement with Gov Romney, think that FEMA should be dismantled and the whole notion past to the level of state jurisdiction. Clearly these things always are very observant of state boundaries, I see no reason for Federal level consideration. Kinda like pretty much everything else. Highways, healthcare, national defense, homeless, immigration, voting rights, slavery, ... these are State's issues. They stop at the state line. Surely the liberals cannot ignore this truth?
