Well, O couldn't alter the numbers this time around - too many people watching after he got caught red-handed by the great Welcher last time. So that darn manipulator had no recourse but ochestrate this friggin' storm to postpone their announcement. Is there NUTHIN' he wouldn't do to get re-elected??!!
