hi clo,

the benghazi criticism is so obviously manufactured by the romney campaign and fox to try to harm o's foreign policy credentials, i'm afraid i have no time for it at all. it's non-serious campaign fodder which disrespects the lost life of an ambassador for party political purposes.

r avoided it in debate once he had been shot down for making stuff up. but it works for some people.

i'm glad for fox and limbaugh that they can make fortunes peddling this weird stuff. but if you are not from within the crazy space, it just isn't worth the suspension of disbelief. i mean, how many of these things have there been? they always have one on the go. they never go anywhere.

Rice also noted the inherent dangers of diplomacy in insecure countries like Libya.

"You can't keep your diplomats in a bunker, you want them out doing their work," she says. "You want to make certain you're making the right safety precautions for them, as well."
