yes indeed.

but i find myself exhausted into submission by Wave in that regard. i have come to expect mismanagement, cash deficiencies, dilutions, excess salaries and a rotten, empty pipeline. but i no longer have the energy to comment upon it.

i think the shareholder vote in favour of the current board finally made me realise that wave isn't fixable, however poorly it is managed. so the wavoids have got what they wanted and there's nothing to be done about it.

dilute away. as a whole (or a majority thereof) wave's investors have no complaints. apparently.

It is supremely ironic that the most hopeful explanation for the "registered direct placement" is that it provides a sweet deal to a chosen few right before everything turns rosy.

Dispensing with hope in favor of experience, it is supremely disappointing to see this company still selling stock at this stage.
