this is a clean message IMO, (and I am likely booted from IHUB (I am so well banned)

>>barge, while you describe to me quotes that I cannot find or quotes that have left the record ... let me be painfully clear.

The onus is on you. Not me. You.

You need to prove a Win8 cycle means all these wonderful things. You have failed to do that. You redirect by claiming I have failed to disprove your fantasies.

Barge. You have had fantasies. Many. Proving your fantasies is your job.

That you deride me by failing to somehow even bother to engage your latest fantasies is your right, but that never shifts the burden to me.

The burden is with you. The burden is with awk. The burden is with Wave. The burden is with the people consistently wrong. The burden is not with me, one with a much cleaner scorecard.

If your only argument is that Win8 is huge and so obviously Wave will earn bazillions, I advise you: Win7 was huge too, and your sentiments were no different then.

If there is some salient point you are reaching for, I admit, I probably have not read it. It is called ROI. I see no value. I have a scoreboard on my side. The burden, barge (and awk) is on you.

When rain falls stuff gets wet. Your argument is that it is different this time. The burden is on you. Your content, so far, is casually worth reading ... casually.

The facts (and I do have some scoreboard on this) the facts are Wave is highly dependent on significant near term success between now and June 2013. I firmly believe that any success they have will be entirely unrelated to Win8. Should Wave win a significant gov/mil deal in March ... it WILL NOT be Win8 dependent.

Once again, work with me on this ... Wave is a company, one bleeding cash ... they require a significant deal, and all signs are to a big mil deal in the spring. This deal will not have fugg to do with Win8.

Scoreboard.

Be correct once, just once, and I might even read your posts.

(sorry for the head-butt, but you deserved it)

I appreciate a permanent state outside of reason, one you well occupy, but I recommend you occasional wander into reason. Say, once every 50 years or so.

Audit of expenditures
The DHS independent auditor is KPMG, one of the Big Four audit firms.[16] Due to the level of material weaknesses identified, KPMG were unable to audit the DHS financial statements for FY 2010.[16] KPMG were unable to express an audit opinion on the FY 2009,[17] FY 2008,[18] FY 2007,[19] FY 2005,[20] and FY 2003[21] financial statements. Attempts to access the reports for FY 2006 and FY 2004 within the 'information for citizens' portal met with a 404 error.[22] The Message from the DHS Chief Financial Officer in the FY 2010 report states 'This Annual Financial Report (AFR) is our principal financial statement of accountability to the President, Congress and the American public. The AFR gives a comprehensive view of the Department’s financial activities and demonstrates the Department’s stewardship of taxpayer dollars.'[23] The Message from the DHS Chief Financial Officer concludes 'I am extremely proud of the Department’s accomplishments ... we will continue to build upon our successes.'[23] The Secretary of Homeland Security endorsed this message saying that the DHS is 'continuing to be responsible stewards of taxpayer resources. The scope of our mission is broad, challenging, and vital to the security of the Nation ... Thank you for your partnership and collaboration. Yours very truly, Janet Napolitano.'[24]
