don't know how he sorts through the detritus. rasmussen has cranked up its volume of polls which is skewing the results. and all sorts of little outfits are appearing with weird results in either direction. measurement becomes the instrument of influence rather than tracking what is occurring. i can't see a stable pattern anymore. frustrating to have to defer. i am sure silver knows how to rebalance. enjoyed doing it for myself while it was possible.
