To me, the explanation, is that it is a difficult area, and one takes the side of democracy, or not, either approach is messy, the democracy approach better for US security and prosperity in the long run. A difficult sell, but FWtheymaybeW, Thailand, S Korea, and Japan are not wacked out al-Qaeda strongholds ... but the path was through "democracy" or the nearest available facsimile. many thousand of US servicemen and civil servants were lost (for those who forget WWII and the Korean War) so the past was not without peril, but it is an insanely philosophical position to make. Clint and Mitt have a much easier argument, something like "make my day".

Hi Dig,

Word is, The Big Dog will be campaigning heavily.
I hope the explainer in chef will help get us across the line.

Let's see how tomorrow nights debate goes.

Obama needs a clear reasoned message on Libya.

He needs to explain that 'nation building' needs to end in order to rebuild OUR OWN country.

He should remind voters, the people Muffin is leaning on are the same neocons that took us into Iraq.
And that we should expect them to ramp up on more aggression, & continue to nation build, as Muffin has suggested in Syria.

Most Americans are fed up with war(s) & pissing tax payers money away on rebuilding the damages we created!
