Hi Clo:
I dunno! Obama can defend his policies, and Romney can attack or at least critique those policies. Not a good situation.
Obama can be very forward looking about what he intends for our immediate and midterm future (If he has any clue beyond what AIPAC mandates), and perhaps leave Romney in the dust as a neocon neophyte.
Overthrowing totalitarian Muslim regimes on behalf of a dubious-intentioned population is a policy he must carefully explain lest he be accused of enabling Al Qaeda.
Obama can also trash the neocons for their filthy wars for oil, Israel and corporate profits, while he is fighting hard for peace (or at least withdrawal) from Iraq and Afghanistan. Generally good support from our allies is also a card he can play.
Again, I dunno, but I agree, it will be both interesting and critical. Maybe I can finally watch an entire debate.
