Our allies seem to like working with him.
I would be very surprised if he didn't authorize the cyber attack on the Iranian centrifuges (the first one, not the amateurish second one).
Radical Islam regards him as their number one enemy.
Not sexy, but not bad. Room for improvement? Almost certainly. But I give him a lot of credit for mostly staying out of the rash of civil wars, and all the other stuff I already mentioned.
By comparison, Romney offended people in every country he set foot in last summer. Every one of them. "That takes skill." (bonus points if you get the reference)
