for summary judgment of the 127 patent. The 636 patent motion is still open at the ITC. (for clarity for some of us, this does not mean the ALJ determined that Nokia is not infringing that 127 patent, this merely means he did not issue a summary motion in IDC's favor. IF he had this case would be over, imo.)
