Obviously, there is some merrit (Bill? :-) to the motion by IDCC. Perhaps the Judge wants both parties to understand the consequences on his forthcoming ruling, whatever that will be. Perhaps it is instilling serious reflection by both parties and may support the recent rumor I saw posted that Nokia and IDCC are in discussion. I forget where I saw this rumor and I dismissed it as such but, it was recent and may coincide with this delay on the decision. JMO, which you asked for :-)
