I think it is reversed - i.e, 636 is still pending, not 127.

Doc Title:InterDigital's Motion for Summary Determination that Certain Nokia Devices Infringe Claims 1 and 3 of U.S. Patent 7,970,127

Doc Title:InterDigital's Motion for Summary Determination that Certain Nokia Devices Infringe Claims 1 and 2 of U.S. Patent No. 8,009,636

By order 49, dated 8/9/2012, the ALJ denied the motion regarding the '127 patent, Therefore of the two motions, only the motion regarding the '636 patent is still open. ( I imagine IDCC could appeal the denial)
