The catholic priests, the Penn St group alum

My brother is married to a Catholic that is a Penn State grad. Oh my.

Knowing his attitudes about both subjects (and quite similar to mine) I can only imagine the situation he finds himself in.

You gotta know folks from Penn to know them, the confidence in institution is staggering. Only other place where folks seem to just exude such a feeling is the folks from Duke.

And then this really creepy bit managed to sneak under their collective wit or wise consideration.

In the end, one must burn, Penn must burn for this, the institution failed at a critical level.

While all sorts of confusing this or that prevail ... there is this:

"I saw his ahem up that 10 yr old boys ahem"

Witnessed. Sworn. Corroborated.

For the record, the dragging to the ground of insitutions is ... SENSIBLE in such a circumstance.

The catholic priests, the Penn St group alum charity, it is not abuse of power per se ... it is even more frightening ... it is the abuse of opportunity.

Challenge folks, in difficulty, with opportunity, do it enough, do it young enough or old enough or vulnerable enough ... and you will get this.

I prefer, that the preponderance of opportunity, for those who do not have it as a matter of birthright, be afforded by GOVERNMENT. Private philanthropic stuff my ass.

For a penny on the dollar this opportunity can be afforded (yes, that will leave some priests scrambling, yes, that will leave some Sanduskies high and dry .... but are these the abuses we observe in GOVERNMENT, not that I recall. Or are these the things we observe in Church and Charity???

Little quite places where society is supposed to Shepard off its most vulnerable.
