Hello from Roma. I C my computers must be down. Expect to return this week sometime and fix 'em. It's different here in Rome. People take it easy and are very friendly. There are ruins everywhere. Every time they find a ruin, instead of fixing it, they have to uncover and preserve it. We have nothing old enuf to preserve ... unless it's Williamsburg.

Yep. Lots of storms here ArVee. There were branches down everywhere as there are trees all around plus three inches in my rain gauge. (What a shame the mid-west has a drought and can't use this.) The broad neighborhood has so many trees near power lines Con Edison is always on the go clearing them away after a storm.

Just like computers, ships do go down. The record for mine is good. It has NEVER gone down ... so far. So I'm counting on that. javascript:emoticon('Mr. Green') I plan to take a $200 laptop with me. It's a single so it doesn't do folding but I do hope to keep some contact.
