All the arts and preparing preschoolers for education. What a frigging joke. Yes NPR and PBS lean leaf and the "right" hates them but to cloak cutting it's federal funding as a budget saver is just plan dishonest. Unquestionably it would cost much much more in local school taxes the long run. I hope someone takes Romney on about this bloviation.
