We've heard the double taxation ruse played out before. As far as corporate taxes go, the U.S. tax code is full of exceptions made for so many of them. As far as dividends go, how do you justify taxing dividends when so many of the technology sector companies on the NASDAQ pay no dividends at all? Apple just started paying a slight dividend this year after they became the most valuable company on the stock boards with 100 billion socked away in the banks. If you eliminate corporate tax and these outfits pay no dividends.....!!!!! The only way around that is the old law that used to be on the books for mainly small businesses that stated that if you didn't distribute income, it was subject to tax!
