joe, its funny, I always paint IN with a big fat red brush ... the northern most redneck southern state in my completely uninformed arrogant hologram.
you seem to have your finger on the IN, so-IL, Ohio valley neck of the woods, and polling definitely supports the notion (yours I think and mentioned before I think) that the OH valley is smelling a fake.

So, what's up in Kentucky?

Seems R+14 in KY, is crossing the river that big a deal, or is it no urban area to serve as any sort of blue anchor?

CF,

The Pepublicans have a teabagger senate candidate in Indiana that offers the Democrats some hope of carrying that state at least for the senate. If an Obama blowout occurs, this could happen! People over in Indiana are pretty reasonable and are sensative to things like Romney's 47 % comments. The state is very white and older but areas like Indianapolis are younger and more mobile. Also, the economy in the state is better of and more diverse than other states that would fall into its category. Also, remember that they voted for Obama in 2008 both in the primary and in the general election so they have a history. Hoosiers can spot a phony a mile off and Romney is definatly a phony!

Regards,

Joe
