Regarding being added to S&P 400

NOW, if only IDCC's public relations department would issue its own press release noting the significance of adding IDCC to the S&P 400, it would be a great move to put our name out on the street in a 'preferred up-and-moving' elite group.

Something like the following:

.....Being added to the S&P 400 demonstrates InterDigital's strength and recognition as a company with innovative and positive affects in this highly competitive arena and further adds value to its portfolio of world-wide patents'.

Now if IDCC releases some NEWS to squeeze shorts while funds do their mandated buy because of S&P 400, then it will be real justice to long term holders.
