hi doma,

Egypt and Israel receive more US aid than any other countries.

The vast majority is military aid. No more than 15% or so is for non-military purposes. http://www.vaughns-1-pagers.com/politics/us-foreign-aid.htm

Egypt and Libya are largely responsible for their own illiteracy.

I've heard of wars fought over oil. But not over literacy. If the US wishes to start wars over literacy, there are more obvious targets. Look out, Switzerland, Norway, Ireland etc. Ouch - look out Cuba!

Gadaffi was on his way to exterminate the rats in Benghazi. Preventing the annihilation of 1/2m people isn't an ignoble thing to do.

Or in your model, maybe the illuminati need them for gold mining some place. ;-)

So 56% of Egyptian women can't read while 80% of
Libyan women can..........Egypt has received tens of
billions in Western Democratic aid over decades while
Libya was as axis of evil country run by a mad dictator.....

Western democratic governments destroyed Libya in
the name of freedom & democracy.......or perhaps they
were worried about the high literacy rate?

All those that vote for their governments have a hand
in the actions their governments take.......
