People are focusing on the "Stop It" part, reasonably, because it is such a whine. But, the end is very very telling.
Presidents do not 'run' the country (read it as rule). Presidents lead, cajole, bluster and try to influence. But, they don't run the country.
Businessmen do run companies, though. And, there is the confusion.
