I am perplexed by this as well. IF Romney believes that 2 + 2 = 4, then that means he believes in mathematics. IF Romney believes in mathematics, then the budget he and Ryan proposed MUST be a lie, since his assertions are not supported by mathematics. IF his budget is a lie, then he is a craven, lying sociopath who will do or say anything to get elected, a vile weasel who thinks everyone is so stupid that his lies don't matter.
