Nokia will never settle, at least not at a fair rate. I just don't understand why, after all these years, anyone...and I mean ANYONE would think differently.
This is a fight to the death. It always has been. These clowns where paid MILLIONS and MILLIONS, aaaannnddd MILLIONS by the French. They are shipping products, getting paid, AND MAKING ACCRUALS for A/P royalties.
The only way nokia will pay is after a court ordered import ban. THAT's IT!
