The amazing thing about recent polls is that the number of voters who have made up their mind is so high. The 5%, or so, who have not are for the most part not politically engaged and likely not to vote.

The only strategy Romney has left is to get the Republican base to turn out in larger numbers than the Democrat base. We are already seeing how Romney plans to play this. Expect to hear the tinfoil hat attacks of birtherism, Islamic connections, ad nauseaum.
