indeed. the contradictory nature of gop policies is extraordinary.

have you heard romney's conversations about the disgrace of making cuts to the military? and the restoration of $750m in payments to medicare providers? same guy who talks about the budget deficit and the need to make cuts to social policy because we don't have the money.

crazy stuff.

thing is, we know that supply side economics doesn't work. it contributes to disasters like this one. but the experiments with demand side economics in financial crises have much better (even if not perfect) results.

this is why i always ask these right wing republicans to provide a factual basis for their claims. there isn't one. it is all fantasy.

that the GOP which constantly touts supply side economics is ballistic over BB increasing supply. Gee, it's good for demand right?
