And I dont know about the camps, but I do know and have witnessed , they are going gunho around here fixing all the railroad tracks. Rebuilding a lot of them and some I have never saw a train on. Makes me wonder ,,, why,,,,,

Beats me what they're about. But based on verbiage like the following from one of the links, it sounds as if those who run the "beforeitsnews.com" site are trying to make the case that FEMA is constructing Nazi-style death camps.
"These camps are equipped with huge gas furnaces and stockpiled with thousands of plastic cremation vaults"
I think that a huge amount of evidence is needed before a claim like this becomes credible.
