If anyone makes the move to v7 and wants to monitor everything in 1 spot, f@hspy will not do it.
FHM will, and can be found here:
http://code.google.com/p/hfm-net/
and here is the trick to getting the v7 console configured to let it work:
"
Help running HFM
The key to getting HFM successfully monitoring remote clients happens in the FAHcontrol program on each monitored Folding@Home v7 client:
1. In the upper right corner of FAHcontrol, change Novice to Expert.
2. Click on Configure in the upper left corner.
3. Click on the Remote Access tab
4. Optional: enter a Password here and also in HFM when you set up the HFM client.
5. FAHcontrol by default stricts the incoming IP addresses to only the local PC. That's why HFM can't get through to monitor. Solve this problem in two places in the Remote Access tab.
6. Identify the IP address of your LAN router. Mine is 192.168.1.1. In Windows 7, use Control Panel, network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center, Local Area Connection, Details to view "IP v4 Default Gateway". Yours might be 192.168.0.1. Also, write down the IP address of the FAH PC. You'll need that IP address when configuring the client in HFM.
7. In the Remote Access tab, scrol down to IP Address Restriction. In the Allow field, append your router Ddress to the existing 127.0.0.1 text so that the string without quotes looks like "127.0.0.1 192.168.1.0/24" . Read the local help for an explanation. What the new string does is allow any machine on the local LAN to access the FAH client. Personally, I am not too worried about somebody hacking my FAH clients, so this setting is appropriate.
8. In the section Passwordless IP Address Restriction "Allow" field, repeat the text strin from step 7 above. This lets you access FAHcontrol without a password.
9. Exit the FAH control configuration tab.
10. In HFM, click on Clients, then Add client (v7). Enter a name for the monitored client, the IP address of the monitored client from Step 6. Leave the Port address default at 36330. Enter the Password, if any, from Step 4. Click Test Conne ton. If successful, HFM will display information about the monitored SMP and/or GPU clients. If unsuccessful, HFM is not connecting to the client and will not be able to monitor it. Go back over these instructions.
11. Thank Harlam and consider a PayPal donation to him. HFM is a really neat piece of software."
*** note - when you configure FHM to monitor the machine FHM is installed on, use the local host address of 127.0.0.1, NOT the actual i.p. address. For all other machines on the network, use the i.p. address of the machine itself. ;)
It is not fancy, but it does work:
