...you are correct. Getting arrests, convictions and such without the no knock warrants is a problem, but it is a cop problem, not a citizen problem.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
It's a good thing this all happened in New York - otherwise, the woman would be facing charges for shooting the masked men who broke into her home (or she would have been shot herself).
This is why 'no-knock' warrants are a bad idea, IMO.
