that is because their methodology creates a consistent lean. so any head created by the rnc sits on shoulders which are also raised.

groups like rasmussen are the same. they are fairly decent pollsters, except you have to dock 1-2% from their numbers to reach likely reality.

Mitt's lack of 'bounce', according to Gallup.
Gallup appears to lean toward Mitt this election, so I'm surprised there's no bounce.
