What he's done is made a mockery of himself... If you can, catch Jon Stewart and Bill Maher's shows, Maher backed him up, from a stand-up's point of view, getting laughter, but at the same time, the whole appearance diminished Eastwood more than I'd like to have seen.. Destroyed his own self-memory, to me.. Left a shell of a man we'd all known by his works... A really dumb move on the GOP part, as well as Eastman himself...

Like you I won't watch any of Allen's films again, I'm afraid Eastman fell down that same rathole...

I wonder if others, like me, will stop supporting any of his work? He has a new movie coming out, I wonder if this takes a toll on it?

In the past I didn't care that his politics were different than mine. I still don't.

However, his utter disrespect for the POTUS puts him in the basement with Woody Allen (for me)
After Woody married Mia's adopted daughter, I don't support his work.
