We'll admit that we did not watch Mitt Romney's speech last night so we probably shouldn't be commenting on what was said or what went on. Having said that, however, the part where Romney said that his father sent his mother a rose every day of their marriage and that she knew that he had died when she woke up and there was no rose makes us wonder why she wasn't at her husbands side when he died like most loving families would be. Perhaps they were in bed together and he died in his sleep and she didn't know it until she woke, giving them the benefit of the doubt.
CNN had a focus group of 28 undecided voters watch the speech. When interviewed, they stated that nothing Romney had done had changed their situation with the speech. The group was from Florida!
