Is he going to deliver Arkansas .. well, no. But the propensity of some to assume the subordination of one, on the basis of a few blow jobs, into political obscurity may well end up being a fact requiring significant reconsideration.
One can find folks who would not vote for Clinton today, but it requires some effort.
Does Bill have coattails? No. American politics doesn't work that way per se ... but can he decide the comparative convention bounce metrics? I wouldn't put my money on Ann and Paul against Bill.
