If a million people say think saying yes to having a cocktail is yyeeess, then much of the 98% I speak towards is the same post-contract circumstance you speak towards.

They are an identity set, depending on perspective.

The thing I am discussing is post-consent sex and where the line is drawn between that and post-consent rape.

It isn't where no means no. It is where and when yes becomes no. I think that can be quite a hard question. I find myself a little perplexed by issues in this sphere. I don't think of the issue of "rape" in these circumstances as always having quite the same force. Potentially, I think there are fairly grey areas where the initial presumption may reasonably be "yes".

People climbing in windows is easy to figure.
