It seems that while the pendulum swings in Ameican politics, it fails to swing far enough, or at least far enough right.
Were it to do so, as e.g. it did in much of Europe in the 20th century, folks would get a grip on underlying facts.
So we have tax-cuts but ... but without service elimination to match, we have Wars ... but not taxes to match.
Balance the ledger and my bets are folks may warm-up to a more aggressive tax-code.
