that although Mitt Romney was born in Detroit, Michigan, his father was born in Mexico where his grandfather had fled to avoid a federal law that outlawed poligamy (multiple wives) in the United States, a part of the not that far removed Mormon past that Mitt Romney most definatly does not wish to discuss. Mitt Romney's grandfather had four wives which might make it confusing to know who your grandmother actually was!!!!! And, lest we forget, most mainline religions consider the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (the Mormons) to be a cult.
