I subscribe to loop's theory and believe Microsoft has put pressure on NOK to get it done prior to the Lumina launch. They just nailed a deal with Verizon and won't risk an injunction with so much at stake.

is this a motion to extend the hearing date?

if it is, i'm not liking it. they need to keep the heat on if they are indeed in settlement talks.
hearing is in oct so that's 2 months away.... plenty of time to get the name on the dotted line.
