337-800 time line and proposed procedural schedule. I don't know the length of the requested time line changes since the motion was filed confidentially. But Joint normally means all parties were in agreement.

I think this is a direct result of the late filngs of the complaints in providing IDCC with documents and discovery witnesses.

I also noticed that some motions that were already ruled on by the ALJ are being brought back up.

I think it is getting hot over at the ITC.
