hi orda,

it is a genuine incumbent interest.

but the other incumbents will argue that the multiple elements approach is secure.

and government policy is more heavily influenced by deep pockets incumbents than by entrepreneurs.

i think tc is going to have its opportunity with pcs. but mobile is another slog that's just beginning.

That's because some knew of the involvement of the NSA early on and thought that would trump all. Apparently not.
